Help me give someone a job

Hi there! My name is Tammieka and I am starting a virtual services corp, my company provides customer service work from home. I am looking for start-up capital so that I can hire a new employee. The deadline I chose is so that I can hire someone in time for the Holiday season. My employees will be able to work from home so this is a great opportunity for a stay at home mom or single parent. With the current state of the economy if I can employ one person by Christmas, I know that it can make a difference in the lives of their family. I just am not financially in a position that I can afford to do this without help and banks don't really want to provide such a small amount of capital for a loan.
