Hello,

My name is James and I have a son, Max.

I love Max as much as any father could possibly love his son.

The problem is my ex-wife, she is unreasonable, and won't allow visitation without court order. My ex wife won't allow

Me visitation with my son Max. My ex is full of deception, lies, and legal maneuvers. I was blindsided me with a divorce and my ex took our son with her, we live in different states.

I need 2,500 for the attorney retainer and estimated court costs, filing fees, and miscellaneous fees the attorney has advised me about.

I am disabled and on a fixed monthly disability check and do not receive much income. I was left permanently disabled after 3 back surgeries and the last surgery failed and I don't get around much.

This is not a scam, or a way for me to make extra money. I have tried myself to fill out the required paperwork, due to my disability and a determined ex-wife who wants me to be more miserable than I currently am, just because she can.

I will post updates and full accounting to anyone who wishes to donate.

Please help reunite a father with his son. Max wants to be able to call and visit his father just as much as his father wants to call and visit his son.

I am only asking for reasonable visitation rights, nothing more, nothing less.

Thank you,

James
