Help fund my Hillsong College studies

Hi everyone!

A dream of mine came true when I was accepted to Study for three years at the Hillsong International Leadership College in Sydney!

My name is Kate, I'm 23 years old and live in Cape Town, South Africa.

I am a freelance Lighting Designer and Stage Manager that is passionate about all things technical production. A massive part of my life is that I am passionate about building Church at my local church Hillsong South Africa where I have been volunteering for 5 years. I love using my passion and gifts to create atmospheres for people to encounter Christ in a worship atmosphere.

I will be studying to receive a Higher Diploma in Church Ministry, while gaining training in the production department. I would love to head over to Sydney to learn how to be a Strong, confident and wise leader, have a full understanding of biblical studies and learn as much as I can from our best International leaders. My goal is to bring home a International standard to our local technical industries and bring all my experience back to help build our church teams, strengthen the church and ultimately bring positive change to the nation of South Africa.

As a freelance lighting designer in South Africa I have not received a steady income over the past two years making it difficult to fund this overseas adventure! With South Africa's exchange rate, getting over to Austrailia and living in Sydney will be a massive cost. I have been working as much as possible to raise funds for my fees but to reach my financial goal I will be needing some help. It would mean the world to me if you would be able to help support my fundraising
