Help me get rid of unforeseen debt

Well, as the title says.. I need to get rid of some unforeseen debt.

I received a lawyers letter a couple of months ago stating that I owe my daughter's primary school some school fees from 3-4 years ago. According to my best of knowledge, I had applied for subsidy, but did not have any proof of this, as forms gets handed in at the school, and copies were not made.. I have been applying for subsidy every year that my daughter has been at school, and piling this debt onto me has just put us under even more financial strain due to only having a single income in our household.

I have been fighting with the school and the lawyers on and off since then, and am getting tired of fighting.

The Amount that the school is claiming is R 28500.00 (+- $2200.00)

Then.. to top it all off, I got involved in a car accident, where I was at fault, and the other parties car was written off. I received a bill from his insurance company asking me to pay them an amount of R 16200.00 (+- $1250.00).. and then I still need to figure out how to repair my car...

I have made arrangements with both of these companies to try and pay them off, but I will be paying them off for the next 5-7 years at the current rate of payment and interest being added on.

If anybody out there would be willing to help out.. ANY amount is acceptable, and I will be forever grateful to all the donors.
