Help me get myself out of a bad situation

I don't think I am a bad person but somehow bad things happen to me.

Two weeks ago my bank account got hacked into and was drained of all of my funds. Last week my girlfriend left me which quickly put me into a depression spiral and today was told that my bank will not be refunding me my money that was stolen because one-time pin codes were sent to me phone (at times when I had no signal) and those codes were authorised. My cellphone provider is also useless in trying to prove that I didn't recieve those SMS's.

So I am a few thousand in the hole and need money soon. I am feeling extremely depressed and have suicidal thoughts. Especially today when I was working (Biometrics installer) on a construction site and at heights.

I don't want to feel this way.

I will accept any amount of assistance so I can get back on my feet knowing that there is some fine people on the internet willing to help me.
