HELP ME GET MY LICENSE BACK!

I just move to the Washington D.C. area in June. Since, I have been trying to get a job to no avail. In order for me to get a job I must acquire two things: 1) my driver's license which has been arrested by the state of California due to fines I must pay. 2) An automobile to be able to get to work. I have no money which is why I am turning to the benevolent kindness of individuals like yourself to contribute a min of $10 toward the $6000 need.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated, thank you.
