Help Me get Justice Please

Hi , I'm reaching out for help with funding to get justice .

Here is a short description of the matter at hand , of which I am in desperate need of funding .

2018 March I had opened a case of assault against a man of which is very rich .

Due to this he had harassed me and family , he had me followed he had my phone hacked , caused me to lose my job as well.

I am in hospital every second week from stress , heart pulputions my jaw healing and fevers .

Then because I retaliated and Insulted him he opened up 8 criminal charges against me false accusations . It has been almost a year and I have not been charged or arrested yet for any of these serious criminal charges against me .

I have only been harassed , intimidated , emotionally /mentally / physically / psychologically abused , threatened had my name dragged in much slander and defamation and followed and stalked .

The third day of court for my case against him for assault , I was laying in hospital with a fractured jaw due to so much stress I kept fainting and the last time I fainted I bashed my face into a cement slab and broke teeth and jaw .

The court was aware I was in hospital so could not attend on that day .

Without my acknowledgement the case was closed 3 days later .

One of the cases this man opened against me was supposedly threats via text messages from different numbers not Rica on my name but it all came from the phone he bought me as a gift , of which they did not know I did not have that phone I had sold it . This case is " conspiracy of murder and rape " .

This case was opened June 2018 , the detective did not even give me the case nr , he was rude to me he harrassed me and told me going to jail.

I gave the police officer on that case that proof , the next day of doing so my ex went to that shop telling them it's his , then calling me a drug addict and whore And a psycho .

The people who worked in that shop had always been nice e with me an respectful and we spoke as friends the dragged my name through the mud that day the one assistant sent me messaged informing me of what happened . Now I am not allowed back to that shop the owners orders after she was threatened the PI my ex hired to follow me around .

I contacted legal aid they said "you must get arrested first then apply for legal aid in court " .

I contacted woman's rights the lady said " what do you want us to do you haven't been arrested yet " .

I contacted pro Bono org they do not assist in criminal matters .

I laid a complaint against the detective by most places in cape Town I did not get a single reply .

I then emailed Pretoria and got an immediate response of which they CC me into an email sent to the commissioner of the provincial detectives office where the detective works and demanding a report by the 22nd March 2019 .

The same commissioner that I had contacted prior and did not get a response , but from one email explaining situation that official could hear something is not right .

A Colonel met with me and basically covered up for the detective and said it's all police procedures ( one of which the detective wanted me to meet him outside a police station the first day I had to meet him not inside outside the station ) and this is supposed to be police procedures.

This is why I don't understand how an officer at the same station and co worker of the detective is investigating the matter of my complaint .

I had opened an interdict June 2018 and up to this day it's posponed again to June 2019 a whole year to wait for a protection order .

I had asked on 2018 for a different magistrate and will receive one at the next court date for me to get a protection order .

The detective wanted me to meet with him agree to what every ex had to say his terms then depending on answer I will be arrested .

That same detective went to my case of assault against ex in a totally different area and court wanting me to drop the charges of assault and this is what they called police procedures.

Approaching different police officers at different stations and they all looked at cases evidence and recorded calls I had of the detective and myself they all asked if my ex rich is that detective his friends and they are intimidating me .

I moved in middle of night so I need followed , I change my nr every month , I am sick from stress and I have a child and parents to support of which a year of not working and touching savings I can't do so any longer.

Every time I looked for work , my ex pins my location and tells the place of employment I am on drugs or something of which I am not .

November 2018 my ex sent messages he loves me he will book a hotel for us one weekend , when I replied with are you mad he replied " thanks that's all I needed to know now you going to jail ".

I have spoken to so many legal advisers and unfortunately I need a lawyer and can not afford one , a lot of them have said with the interdict his purgery the strings he is pulling I have a very solid case and he can get arrested and I can sue him for slander defamation and a few other things but I need money for the lawyers .

I am a nervous wreck I am sick it's affected my son there are days i do not have money to feed them .

Would you help me with funding to put an end to this Nonsense so i can work as well .

Unfortunately the is S.A money controls a lot of things apparently even the law and government officials , unfortunately this is how it is .

Yet they government says S.A is against women abuse , human rights , dignity .

I haven't seen any of that for a year in my situation instead I see a rich foreign guy pulling strings and doing alot to harm me my dignity my rights my name.

Please help me get justice as soon as possible before more cases get opened or before the interdict hearing or before I have a stroke .

Help me get justice where needed please .

Without funding for an attorney I will not get justice . Poor can't fight money in this country it is a losing battle.

Loss of job could not complete my studies and most important my son is suffering through this mess.
