Help me get ftm top surgery

Hi everyone!

My name is Nico and I am a transgender man. I am 18 years old and I am a first year college student. The cost of top surgery is highly inaccessible to many people, myself included (especially as a first-gen, low-income student).

I m came out as transgender when I was 7 years old. I am very privileged and thankful to have a supportive parents that allowed me to live as my authentic self without fear of homelessness or rejection.

Since discovering my transgender identity at 7, I have been on a journey to live authentically and comfortably within my body. I Started testosterone and it helped immensely with this, but my chest still continues to cause my a lot dysphoria. On my worst days I feel like I can't leave our house, disgusted by my own body. On those days, all I can do is bind my chest as I try to move on with my day. This dysphoria has also increased with being on testosterone. Having a deeper voice, muscles and facial hair while also having breasts has expanded the disconnect between me and my chest. This surgery would help relieve my dysphoria and help me feel at home in my body.
