Help me get back my smile

Hi! My name is Karim. Im 20 years old and I live in Hungary. i suffer from reflux and i used drugs from the age 16 to 19 (amphetamines and cocaine). My teeth are completely ruined and I didn't go to the dentist for 4 years because i was afraid of what they will say to me and how they will look at me, but during this 4 years my teeth became incredibly unhealthy . I stopped with every kind of drugs, im sober for 1 year now, I fixed my life, and i want to get back my smile, and i dont want to lose it forever. Im 20 years old and this is one of the most important things in my life now and i feel like i can't be myself because of that. The whole treatment would cost too much money, as 4 wisdom teeth should be pulled out, 3 molars need filling, 2 molars need extract, 3 other teeth need filling, besides that my teeth needs an ultrasonic tartar removal with polishing, 8 teeth need a Zirconium crown (4 top 4 lower), 2 missing lower molars needs Root pin installation and stump construction, after that construction of 2 zirconium crown on the root pins. Please help me to get back my smile and be happy! I want to feel myself free again. From this amount of money I could go through this and get all these things done!
