help me get a treatment for Depersonalization before I suicide

I live in a poor city here in Brazil, since 2013 I have suffered from personal past traumas, and 2014, 2015, 2016 were my worst years, I never thought about suicide, but I don't have any other way out, I don't have the support of my parents to get a treatment for depersonalization and PTSD, and I can't work, because lack of employment and inability to work because of this problem, I see no other way, I just want a proper treatment here, with a session in a psychologist, and a treatment to relieve my past traumas, and if possible with this money to buy the necessary medicine to treat me, so I can get a job, all I ask is this, I have no other choice at the moment, if I cannot do it right now, my only choice is suicide
