Help Me Get A New Phone!!

Hello all, I don't mean to bother you guys, but my family can't afford much and I need a new phone. Music and photography are my life. I stay on my phone lol. My current phone is useless now because it's broken. The screen cracked and we don't have insurance to buy a new one. I have verizon and still have the unlimited plan. In order to keep that plan, since my phone is broken, I can buy a no contract phone and replace my broken one with it. The phone I would like is the Samsung Galaxy S 4 or the 2013 Nokia Lumia, both are the same price full retail. We really can't afford it and we're forced to pay full price. Please help me. I owe you my life and greatly appreciate this. Thank you so much!!!
