Help me for my heterotopic ossification operation

My name is Bishodh Jha and i am 25 years old male and i had an accident which broke my spinal cord, i was diagnosed with paraplegia which means i have a complete spinal cord injury at t11 t12 level. My t12 vertebra was completely crushed & t11 was dislocated.
Half of my body from my waist down is completely paralyzed, there is no sense at all,no motor & sensory function. Bowel & bladder control are just negative, I can't feel my urine due to which i use cic catheter for emptying my bladder.
According to doctor's there is no treatment for this, which means i am paralyzed for the rest of my life, i will not be able to stand and walk for the rest of life.
I am asking a donation camping for myself because a couple of year's back I was also diagnosed with Neurogenic heterotopic ossification (NHO) is a frequent complication in spinal cord injury (SCI). It is characterized by the formation of new extra osseous (ectopic) bone in soft tissue surrounding peripheral joints in patients with neurologic disorders.if it's said in a simple way then actually it's a development of extra bone on joints of leg and arms .

In the starting period it was just ok ok but as the time passed it started growing in a high speed , now it's really big, as it is grown bigger it created a terrible negative impact , I can't move my leg freely , I can't sleep well as my leg can't fold normally, like it created a trouble in bladder too , there is a huge chance of urine leakage, by which it's too annoying, I am in a huge pain ,I am not able to move also , the only way is to remove that extra piece of bone by an operation , but as i am not financially strong enough for this , so I am asking for a help with people around the world, your small donation also means a lot to me.
