Help me for liver transplant.

Hello, My name is Abdul Ghaffar Khan, i am 58 years old. i am happily married and have 4 kids. I was diagnosed by Hepatitis C 10 years back , i am a government servant in Pakistan and my resources are very few, i have no property or any other valuable as i spent all my income on my children education, all 4 of my kids are educated and are studying in universities. doctors suggest me recently that my liver is de-compensated and the only procedure is liver transplant which is only possible in SHIFA INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL Islamabad. the total cost of transplant is almost $45000, my savings are $5000 and all i need is $40000 more to get healthy and help my children so that they can complete their education.
