Help Me Fix My Truck and Get a Fresh Start

I have an older truck and I live in a small rural town in the U.S.

There is a serious lack of mechanics who are either willing to work on my age/brand of truck (no dealership either); who are willing to listen to me when I try to explain what is going on with my truck, and other issues.

This truck is very important to me. I bought this truck as a means (with everything I had at the time) in order to move upwards and towards self employment. It is now serving as my work truck. But now, it is just sitting. I already had the transmission rebuilt but due to what was initially wrong with it, it may have issues again. A pic of a leak is included. The other problem is an ignition problem that I cannot get a mechanic to diagnose without feeling like I am having teeth pulled.

Again I love this truck. I need this truck. I need it to work right on that I can move from this area and possibly start a business. At the least, I need it for work and for odd jobs.

The fresh start. I have been through some traumatic situations which lead me to believe leaving the area is the best option.

I had this fundraiser up before. But because I am new to this, I didn't have my PayPal set up correctly. I don't know if this affected my campaign.

I ask only those who can help, without putting themselves out, to help. Please. I am holding on and doing the best I can. There was a time when asking for help like this would have caused me to double over with anxiety and stress. Or suffer a migraine. It still makes me weary, ashamed, and a bit afraid. But, I've always given my best effort. I've always tried. But, I just can't do this on my own right now. And I've tried many many avenues. This was a last effort try.
