Help me finish school

I am a 26 years old women from little contry named Croatia. It is a country where you cannot get help from our goverment at all.. I want to finish some tourism management school so I can start working properly. I was born with scoliosis so I have constant back pains, and my last job gave me thiroid problems and sent me on the verge of arthritis. I live with my grandma and my mom, and our two cats. Mom and I are unemployed. Our monthly expenses are far higher then the money we earn. We both babysit from time to time. This is my last resort.
