Help Me Buy the Wichita Territory Before Someone Else Does!

I am trying to buy the ARCpoint Labs Franchise Territory for Wichita, KS. I can do this for 30k, but must do it before anyone else does. This is the company I will be working with for the rest of my life, and it is my only chance to do business in Wichita, KS where my family lives.
