Help me buy my mom a car with just your time

My mother needs a new car and we are a low income family. I will take any kind of donation but have found a way to pay for the car with just people's time. I have had small stock since I was in high school and recently found a new app for stock trading That gives free stocks to people who sign People up through referrals.
