Cloud's Glass Services is a local, small business, 10118 Cook Road in Bethany, LA, on the outskirts of Shreveport, Keithville and Greenwood, LA. Cloud's has been mostly mobile, replacing everything from windshields in vehicles to windows, mirrors, shower doors and MORE in homes or businesses. Cloud's opened in June of 2011, sooner than originally planned. Without going into detail, I feel that Mark was VERY MUCH WRONGED by his former boss and has been working really hard at making his business EVEN BETTER! Business has been growing a little a each month which has been a blessing, but he is still a struggling small business owner. Prior to the glass business, Mark was a mechanic for over 25 years. He used to own Cloud's Auto Repair on the corner of Buncombe Road and Highway 169 in Bethany, LA. He built that shop from the ground up himself. His ex-wife got the shop in the  divorce because he couldn't afford to buy her out and she is now leasing the building out. Frown She is now leasing that corner shop and trailor out; it is currently a feed store.

I am trying to help raise money for Mark to build a Glass Shop on his land in Bethany, LA. I am aiming for $10,000.00 (I am not sure if my estimate is accurate or not, but I am enabling overfunding in case my estimate is too low). Mark is capable of doing all the construction himself. In lieu of money, I will GLADLY accept donations of materials to build the shop. The materials needed the most are concrete and sheet metal, but we also need plywood, 2 x 4s, paint, insulation, screws, nails, anything necessary to construct a building!

A shop in Bethany would enable him to ensure better pricing and help boost his business if people could come to him; he could do all the cutting  of glass and mirrors, replace windshields, auto windows and do some minor auto mechanic work all indoors, out of the 106 degree heat! If I had the money or could win the lottery (which isn't happening Tongue out), I would GLADLY give him the money and help him build his shop! Mark is a "Good Ole Boy" (Wink cause I think of Mark everytime I hear the Don Williams' song "Good Ole Boys Like Me")! He helps out everyone anytime he can and I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to do something in return for him!

Thank you for taking the time to read this and any help, monetary or materials, would be so greatly and kindly appreciated!!!

Sincerely,

Jenn Frazier
