Help Me Bring My Daughter Home(Carmen VictoriaMatias)

Hi My Name is Travis Matias (T.C) some of you might know me ,some not but i have (had) a wife name chris Espiritu matias who lived in kuwait with  our daughter Carmen Victoria Matias. I found out this morning by e-mail from chris's dad that Chris has passed away in kuwait. I need too get too kuwait too get my daughter and bring her back too the united states with me.
