Help me boost my GF’s art carrier

Hi! I need help from an art-loving community to help boost up my lovely girlfriend's drawing carrier. Her current toolset isn't that great anymore and had to turn down jobs because of that. Her dream is to have a Wacom or HUION tablet, the one which has a built in screen to be able to draw more preciesly and do animation (also her dream!)
I help her anywhere I can, but even if I really want to, I can't fund a tablet like those by myself, I'm rather underpaid at my job.

She's a college student and her only income is from her drawings, but she doesn't really make a acceptable income from that (and also she's drawing for a low price), renting a really low-class room, with 3 more people in the same flat. There goes all her money for the month.

I'd like to surprise her with this device and give her the opportunity to step up to a more professional level.

I really appreciate any donations I get and I hope that with the help of You, she will finally be able to bring out the artist she is with the proper tools and devices.
