Help me become homeowner

Hello. I am a 34 year old woman who is looking to purchase her first home. I am trying to raise enough money to put down between 10-20%. The housing market is booming now and now will be the perfect time for me to purchase my first home. I'm a hardworking young woman who is wanting to live the American dream and become a homeowner.
