My name is Manny Mcuba. I am 37 years old and live in Grahamstown, South Africa. Until now I have made a living from collecting recyclable trash at the local dump and selling it. Due to the fact that my grandmother has now left town to live in the city, I have no place to stay and need to rely on friends for assistance. I have therefore decided to make a fresh start in life, and to start making a better living by transporting school children between home and school. This way I will be able to make enough money to rent a room. But I first need to buy a car that is suitable for my transport business (it needs to be able to take 7 passengers).

During December 2015 I realised that my life is not in the dumps. I quit smoking and asked my friend, Willem, to teach me how to drive. I have already mastered the basic skills and will soon be taking the test. Please help me to fulfil my dream of being a good provider to my two precious daughters.
