The problem: After months of research, expert analysis, and environmental studies I came to realize my previous landscape business of nearly 20 years was part of a huge environmental problem plaguing our planet. I was ignorant to a problem right in front of me! About 6 years ago, when this realization sunk in, I decided to close a very successful business because I couldn't stomach working each day having this knowledge. Instead of continuing along a path I knew wasn't acceptable I worked part-time jobs and spent countless hours testing a better solution. I found a solution! To this end, I requesting financial support to purchase different equipment or build equipment that current doesn't exist to fulfill my mission statement. Please consider supporting this worthy cause!

What the equipment will help accomplish: All of my research and testing I'm excited and confident I accomplish my above mission in two unique ways:

1. First and foremost, I have found unique ways to drastically reduce my ecological footprint by utilizing sustainable business practices. In nearly two decades of being in my industry I come to realize businesses will only do something "green" if it works for them. If not, any potential change will get abandoned for the practice that makes the most money no matter the environmental cost. Worse yet most of this is just gimmicks to sell their services. This is not acceptable to me. My new business will constantly be striving to discover new sustainable business practices and eco-friendly services - there will be no higher priority. I will not operate a service unless it has either a positive or neutral impact on our environment.
2. Through these efforts we've created tremendous advantages that translate in financial savings. And, instead of keeping this profit we us our financial savings as a catalyst to partner with outstanding non-profits that support important global ventures. We care deeply about our mission and we feel our business model will inspire other small businesses to care more about their community - and less about their bottom line!

Why you should support this cause: Why should you care about our mission? The answer is simple. This is a humanity issue - not just one person!
