Campaign Story
My family has always spent their together time in the kitchen sharing and creating recipes. From the time that my wife and I taught our four children how to cook, our favorite creations were making hand tossed pizzas and hand rolled pretzels. Our family and friends enjoyed this so much that I recently was able to scrape up enough money to take our homemade family recipe, have it developed into a proprietary blend, and package it for home and commercial use. Let me tell you a little about myself so you know that you can feel confident about pledging this campaign and that I'm not just blowing a lot of smoke. I have a degree in Marketing and Business administration with a baking background as I had worked in the hand rolled pretzel industry and tossed handmade pizzas when I was younger. Our family needs your backing to develop our first restaurant, similar to the well known artisan build your own fast-fired pizza concept. If you are not familiar with this type of restaurant you can Google it. Just Google artisan fast-fired build your own pizza one size one price unlimited toppings. This is the fastest growing segment in the casual fast food market in America and possibly the world. Our restaurant will be similar but with a twist. We will have all of the same type of fresh offerings with a little different mix for our toppings and our pizza crust. To also set us apart we will offer hand rolled gourmet pretzel products, Italian ice, and gelato . At this point in time I have been working with suppliers for equipment, food suppliers, commercial realtors, and the city for all needed permits. I have a lot of the items purchased, I really need your help with our store location and design costs. Our restaurant will serve fresh food fast that is filling and good for you. We will offer non-GMO, gluten free, and vegan options. We believe in supporting our local economy and for that reason we will source locally as many of our ingredients, beer, and wine products as possible. We will also support local artists by displaying their art for sale on the walls of our restaurant for customers to view. I have purchased several items, but need your support to make our family dream become reality. My family is a family of dreamers and I am so glad that we are. "If your not dreaming your not living". My family dreams of opening this restaurant and making it so successful that we can someday franchise and offer franchises at huge discounted costs so we can help support other local communities and make a dream come true for some other families.
