Help Leo fight Leukemia

Hello, for those of you who don’t know me, I’m Matt, Leo’s Uncle.
On the 21st November 2020 our family’s world was turned upside down, my nephew Leo was diagnosed with a type of Cancer called - Acute Myeloid Leukaemia – it is very rare for this form of leukemia to be found in babies. Leo’s diagnosis came as complete shock to our entire family.

Leo’s treatment began immediately.
Due to the in intensive nature of Leo’s treatment he will be spending at least the next 5 months at Queensland Children’s Hospital. Mel will be living in the hospital with Leo and Simon will be there every minute possible.

This fund has been setup to make sure Leo has both his parents by his side fully focussed on getting our happy little bubba back to full health.

We would like to create a safety net for Simon, Mel and Leo to reduce the overwhelming financial pressure and stress that goes along with that. All funds raised will assist with the loss on income, taking care of their family home and their fur babies Maia and Creed, medical costs, travel expenses and any unknow costs associated with their foreseeable future along this journey.

As family and friends, we feel helpless due to the lack of physical assistance we can provide or take away their pain. If you would like to help, any donation no matter how small it may seem to you, will go a long way in helping this little family get through this difficult time.
