Help Laura Hernandez get back on her feet!

My name is Laura Hernandez, I am engaged to an incredible man named Wesley Weathers. We are both extremely hard-working individuals, unfortunately Wesley has been diagnosed with ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease) at the young age of 36. Due to his illness, he has not been able to return to work. He is required to go to dialysis 3 times a week, for four hours each session. The days he does not go to dialysis, he is very sick and in constant pain. In order to keep our lives afloat, I have taken on a second job, but between transporting him to dialysis, taking him to the hospital for the countless surgeries he has had, both of my jobs just do not cover our living expenses.I have sold all of my furniture, expect my bed to be able to cover most of these costs. I have no one to turn to for help, what remains of my family is in another state, and they are worse off financially than I am. Wesley was an orphan his entire life, and has no family. I am only asking for some help in paying off my past due bills so that we can alleviate the financial stress from our situation. I have never asked for financial help before, and am extremely uncomfortable in doing so now, but I feel like I have run out of all options except to ask.
