Help keep Wonder safe

Wonder has been our foster dog for the past 3 years.

Wonder has not had an easy start in life - was found tied with a chain in a backyard bleeding from his neck, underweight & blind.

Despite all that, Wonder has been a gentle soul with us. Even though he has some triggers, overtime he showed us he is happy with his new life and not letting his disability stop him.

We got him hoping he would find a home, alas 3 years have passed but the proper home was never found or fitted his needs. Every summer we have had to work out a solution for him as we went home between semesters.

However, this time we are forced to be away from him as we have to go on our practical semester abroad.

Due to his disability (but more so his past upraising) wonder can’t survive the emotional chaos of kennels – this was the reason we took him in to begin with.

Wonder requires attentive care as he is not only blind but also has distichiasis (backwards growing extra eye lashes) which means he needs twice a day drops treatment to ease the irritation and progression of glaucoma.

For that we are working on boarding him under the special care of person that knows wonder & whom wonder knows as well.

In order to board him, we need to raise the funds required for his delicate care.

Though we want to help him ourselves, as we have done thus far, we have reached even our capacity as we have been full time students for the past 5 years with no external income.

This is why, we are asking for your help to help us give him a proper temporary solution, until we can take him back under our wing.
