Help Josh get to Ireland!

Hello and Thank you for taking the time to check out my fundraiser! My name is Josh Moore and I am looking to get help making it to Ireland for my dream Outdoor Adventure Management degree!

The program is 3 years in length, centered around outdoor hands on skills such as learning to sail, rock climb, kayak, etc, but the real benefit happens in the classroom. Years 2 and 3 are spent predominantly in the classroom, with such classes like Marketing Principles, Operating and Managing a Sport Leisure Facility, Event Management, Entertainment Industry and Venue Management, and many more practical business classes. It is not just a program to go learn to do something fun. It is highly steeped in making sure the student is equipped with all the necessary tools to take their love of the outdoors and turn it into a sustainable business model.

A little about me: I am the youngest of 5, and have worn many hats in my education career. Everything from baking and pastry to architecture. One theme always was on the back of my mind though, "How can I still travel and explore the outdoors?" I have finally decided to take what I was trying to figure out how to do in my free time, and turn it into my main goal! I am an Eagle Scout, and want nothing more than to do something I love for the rest of my life.

As you can imagine, I already have a substantial amount of student loan debt accrued, and no US institution will lend again to anyone going out of the country because of program accreditation differences.

I love the outdoors and if I could raise enough backing to support my journey to Ireland for the Outdoor Adventure Management degree, it would kick start my life down a road that will bring happiness for years to come!

Giving back is also a big priority of mine, and I look forward to when I can work with any number of organizations to help lead teen and pre-teen adventure where they will get to know themselves and what they are capable of, through nature.
