I am Jonver and I have cancer.
Two years ago I received my diagnosis, Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a tumor in my chest. Since then I’ve done my rounds of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, the first two rounds did not work to shrink the tumor. We then did a third kind of drug and while it did shrink my tumor for a while, it eventually became resistant.
Currently, I am hospitalized again due to increasing complications of my cancer. I have cardiac dysrhythmia, pulmonary congestion and superior vena cava syndrome resulting from a progressing tumor in my chest. But all of these are treatable with immediate aggressive medication.
Our hospital bill has grown to an incredible amount already that the hospital has begun to ask us for advanced payment because of the size of the bill and our funds are already depleted. I’d like to kindly ask for your help in assisting us with the incredible amount we have to pay to get through this challenge.
Thank you so much for your support,
For two years now, we’ve watched our dear friend Jonver battle Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Instead of letting his condition hold him back, Jonver continued providing for his family in the Philippines by working a full-time job and fighting to reach his goals in life. Through countless rounds of treatments and in-and-out hospital stays he has always maintained a positive outlook. Because that’s the kind of person Jonver is – he’s the most hard-working, positive and selfless person we know. He has always put his family and friends first.
But now, Jonver is facing his most difficult battle yet and we need YOUR HELP to keep his fight going. We’re seeking for immediate financial assistance for all his medications and treatments. Any amount of donation would help greatly. It only takes a few seconds to donate but it could have a life-changing impact for us.
Our most immediate financial target is 20,000 SGD by February 18. This will cover Jonver's:
- February round of chemotherapy
- hospital stay
- February medical expenses
His cancer may have started the fight, but we can help Jonver finish it.
