Help Jack get back home

How do you get a country to take personal interest in a story for the greater good? How do you get through the apathy of digital fundraising? The funds will be used to pay medical bills and travel expenses for my brother Jack who underwent amputation on both legs in India after a land mine blast.

Some of the funds already raised have been used in therapy and rehabilitation costs. Thank you.
