Help Ipopeng Day Care Shape the Community

Ipopeng Day Care is a Non-Profit center situated in a South African Village named Schoonoord, in Limpopo province. This is an ECD (Early Childhood Development) community-based center that was established as a relief and aid to help in fulfilling the community children’s basic rights to education that is both fostering and nurturing for their tender age. Since the center’s year of establishment in 2012, it has struggled a lot in securing sustainable funding to help build the children a warm learning home, provide them with a healthy feeding scheme, or even the most basic of learning supplier due to unsuccessful funding application requests.

Currently, the center is run in extremely improvised circumstance, hence core objective of our request is to accumulate enough funding to build the little ones a suitable learning center, provide them with healthy nourishing meals that will aid in their critical development, and create a center here the children of this underprivileged community will be reminded that they truly are our beacons of hope and future leaders.

Inevitably, the Covid crisis has made it even more difficult for many families with children under the ages of 5 to be able to provide their children daily meals, hence more and more help continues to be requested from center. While we understand the challenges that are faced by all communities and even our own, we humbly extend our hand to you during these difficult times.
