Help Grey the stray get better

Grey is a stray that was found bloodied on a lift landing.

Unsure if he is abandoned or abused or if he fell... we brought him to the vet. He was diagnosed with severely bruised lungs and bladder as well as a broken (not fractured) sacral wing. Has mild pleural effusion, mild pneumothorax and is having trouble peeing due to the amount of pain from the broken bone.

He is finally eating on his own, but is still relatively down. We are in need of funds as it is his current vet bill is $2094 and counting. The need to see a specialist to determine the next step to take is necessary. Specialist consultation alone is $200 and there after $100 for every 30mins. This excludes the medication, procedures and treatments needed for Grey.

I am still trying to locate his owner as I do not believe he is a stray. I do need help with his medical bills as I myself am not able to afford such a big amount. There have been some kind donations coming in but it isnt a sufficient amount. And I do worry if there is a need for surgery... the amount will definitely exceed my current plea.
