Help give our son a voice

Our son had a tracheostomy fitted when he was 4 months old and was on a nippy ventilator to help support his heart after his open heart surgery,unfortunately his heart stopped after surgery which caused him to go back to a floppy baby,because of the tracheostomy and ventilator he was unable to learn to talk.
He had his tracheostomy removed in August 2015 aged 4 and we were told he would receive intense speech therapy,But nothing!
We are being told its all down to funding and who's going to pay.
Our son will be 6 in January and can not talk,it's not right and very upsetting he's getting no help,I would like to raise money to help him and as many young children in the same position as my son,To be able to get them the speech therapy they need and communication aids,everyone should have the right to a voice.
