According to WHO (world Health Organization), in Africa only 1/100 health center or hospital has health software management , 80% of people have no medical record, patients data are preserved on paper carrier just the time of treatment.

90% of patients lost their health paper book after 1 to 3 months of the consulattion or hospitalization. The total absence of health records of people in Africa complicates treatment of disease and makes pharmaceutical research difficult.

We create the U-care card to revolutionize the health system in Africa. U-care is an electronic health book for the population in Africa. It includes an electronic card with a USB memory and embedded protected software. Holder in each of this card must simply present to attending physician, who insert a USB Key Drive to display automatic software that manages each patient health data. After a consultation, each card given to them can be synchronized to the cloud for updating each file.
