HELP FUND A FISH FARMING REASEARCH

FUND RAISING FOR A RESEARCH IN FISH FARMING.

On the 3rd day of November 2019 fish farming was introduced to me on the YOUTUBE. Having watched for several times l became very much interested because my father was a fisherman. He taught us how to do fishing in our child hood. I observed that fishing can be done in your backyard. I quickly organized myself and sent my son Who is a Student of University Ghana pursuing Administration to have training in fish farming during their vacation period. After the short course l started the fish farming with only 300 Catfish fingerlings on the 6th of April 2020. After eight months the fishes were ready for consumption.

OBSERVATIONS: I observed that there is the need to do further research. This research intends to come out with ways that fish farming can be established with the lowest cost possible. So that the poor in our communities can also rear their own fish. Also this research aims to find out how to rear fish without buying any fish feed . This will eliminate the cost of raising fish. With this the poor or anyone can easily establish a fish farm.One other aim for this research is to find ways that one can rear fish without changing the water or if possible very less frequently.

OTHER AIMS AND BENEFITS OF THE RESEARCH

1. To reduce reduce malnutrition in our various communities.

2. To reduce Poverty and unemployment because people can easily establish fish farms as a business.

3. Fish farming serving as an all year round source of Organic fertilizer for farming.

After the research, the knowledge acquired would be published and shared massively so that everyone can have access to it. We are seeking to raise $250,000 Canadian Dollars to help us conduct the research. We are relying on your generosity to conduct the research. Thanks in advance.
