Help for our Dad

This is a story about a father.

As a little girl her first love is her dad and most often that never changes. For any parent its hard seeing there child in pain but it's the same for a child to see there parent in pain or suffering.

My dad is the most loving, caring, humble person you could find. But as life sometimes goes, things happen. After retiring; a few bad business investments were made with his retirement money and he lost it all. The money that was left over has finally been stretched to its limit. He is a hard worker, who never complains but carried on doing what he could.

My dad is an extremely good welder and with his hands and makes the most amazing things; tables, chairs, chests, gates, wedding arches etc. He is honest and talented and doesn't need much, but he works to make money to survive.

In an unfortunate circular saw accident last week my dad almost lost all of his fingers on his left hand. With no medical aid he has to wait 3 days before he could be operated on. He has had half of his thumb now amputated, the doctors had to reconnect all the tendons in the other four fingers besides the ring finger which will need another operation later, his index finger has a pin in it to let the bone grow together. So due to this and another operation in the near future and physio; He will be out of his work for a minimum of 6 months and without work my father will not be able to pay for his day to day expenses.

Myself and my siblings are doing the best we can manage, but we are asking today for help. From daughters and sons please can you help our dad.
