Help for an Engagement Ring

Hi Kind people of the world, kind people of the world, I writing this for help to hopefully propose to my girlfriend. we met almost 2 years ago by fate you could say on the way to a red sox game (yeah I am not a fan either)
I would like to propose to her this year but have just been hit by a bit of car trouble totaling 2 cars in 3 days complete horrible luck and police report stating no fault, My insurance would not pay out so I was stuck with the bill.
first accident I spun off the highway in a snow storm then 2 days later driving down the same highway I hit a Deer, I told you severe bad luck.
So I am hoping that my luck can change with the help of a few kind people and help me pay for an engagement ring whether it be $1 $10 anything would be a great help.
