Asalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh to all,

Thank you for visiting my page,

There is a brother who is currently ill and in a very bad situation (may Allah make it easier for him and grant him shifaa Insha Allah) and we will be collecting donations for him hoping to make his life a little more comfortable Insha Allah. Unfortunately he does not have support from family and thus it is our duty to step in and do what we can to help. Raising this money will not only be beneficial for this brother but will be beneficial for all of us Insha Allah in this life and in the hereafter. We all know that we should be helping to support our fellow brothers and sisters who are suffering in our communities and around the globe.

About a month ago we met this brother who was badly afflicted with sihr, he was in agony and would start going into severe fits almost every time Allah’s name was mentioned. The brother was in so much distress that we couldn’t let him walk home on his own so we accompanied him until he collapsed on the pavement at which time we thought that leaving him could result in serious injuries. We took him to a raqi that day and the sihr turned out to be absolutely terrible and was made to destroy his life by bringing him so much misery that he would be driven to suicide, and this was reflected in the way that the brother conducted himself.

As we got to know the brother more and more, we found out that he had had a rough past and was now trying to turn to Islam. His family had abandoned him and he had very few practicing Muslim friends, he needed support and we knew that as Muslims it was our duty to be there for him. Currently, the brother has gone 2-3 days without food, has a deep wound in his back and is unable to pay the electricity and water bills. His wounds are getting infected and he is now suffering with the sihr symptoms all alone in his house in the dark; it is complete agony for him. We fear that if this situation lasts much longer, the brother will give up due to the intense waswasa from the sihr.

Allah says in the Quran “Verily after hardship comes ease” [94:5] Allah has not abandoned him and will never abandon him. We want to show him that help has come from Allah. The brother is in dire need of your sadaqa, we have helped him as much as we can with food and finances but we, as students and recent graduates, are not able to assist in that way anymore so we are turning to our brothers and sisters in Islam. We need you to help us in supporting him as we can no longer do it on our own. Any donations you make will go entirely to him and by Allah we will not take a single penny, our reward is with Allah and your reward is with Allah.

All sadaqa will go towards getting his life back on track, we want to settle his debts, buy him a fridge, buy him some furniture and insure he’s able to pay his bills so we can ease his burden for him for the next few months while we take him to do ruqya (Alhamdulilah we have found some raqis who will not charge us for ruqya).

Give with Good intention whatever it may be i.e for the cure of someone who is ill, for someone who has passed away, for the removal of sins, for the removal of calamities, for barakah, for family, for exams and so forth. Have full sincerity when giving and you shall reap the rewards Insha Allah. Please remember him and us in your sincere duas.

JazakumAllahu Khairan
