Help Ernie get his surgery!

Fortunately for Ernie, he was rescued from a couple who could not look after him any longer on Sunday night. On Monday he was taken to the vets for a health check. He is only 4 months old and has a condition known as 'cherry eye'. He requires surgery which is going to cost around £700 to have surgery on both of his eyes. Unfortunately, because his condition is classed as a pre-existing condition he is not insured. At the moment he has to have twice daily antibiotic and anti-inflammatory eye drops to help him with the infection, irritation and the swelling.

He is a beautiful crossbreed who wants nothing more than a lovely forever home. I want nothing more than to give him this but simply cannot afford the surgery without any insurance to cover it.

Please help in any way you can so that this little guy can live a long and happy life. As soon as enough money has been raised to help towards his surgery he will be booked in at the vets.
