Help Donovan get JUSTICE!

On the 8th of March 2021, I was on my motorcycle, patiently waiting behind a taxi for my turn to enter the gantry of my home carpark. The taxi driver was unable to enter the estate as the gantry was not responding. It was in this moment when he hastily reversed without checking for any other pedestrians or vehicles around him. This was when he reversed his taxi into my motorcycle causing me to tip over and fall.

Thankfully the taxi did not crush my leg although I did suffer from some minor bruising. The taxi driver however, insisted that he did not hit me and because I did not have a vehicle camera mounted I was unable to provide footage to the insurance company. I have since requested help from HDB, traffic police as well as lawyers to help me with this case by retrieving the CCTV footage at the gantry. However, I was turned down by all the aforementioned parties.

I know that we do not know each other but I truly appreciate any gesture of goodwill from the good people in Singapore to lessen the pain for this unfortunate situation. If you are a fellow biker, you know the pain that I face. Thank you for any contribution!
