Help Devin FLYY

My son, Devin, is a 14 year old teen that has been given an opportunity to participate in a program called FLYY - Forward Learning Youth & Young Adults (http://www.flyyexpeditions.com/FLYY/FLYY.html) , only thing is, is tuition is $6500.  I, fortunately, only have to come up with $1,625 based on my annual income. 

I am creating this to reach out for all kinds of emotional support from not only our family & friends, but others as well.  By also having financial support from you it will make it just a little bit easier.  He got caught up in a situation at school, so he is no longer in a classroom setting.  This, I feel, would be a great opportunity for Devin to build some skills & tools to avoid being lost "in the system." & help gain re-entry into the school district one year earlier than allowed.  I'd like to think I'm his biggest advocate & I know this would be an invaluable experience for which he will be thankful for, for years to come.  He just doesn't know that yet. 

I have already submitted paperwork to get him in the program (which starts May 2nd).  I will be paying $270 that day & then 6 monthly payments of $226.   Any help would be appreciated, and a lot of support to his entire family because he will be away for TWENTY FIVE DAYS!

5/28/2013 - Devin has SUCCESSFULLY GRADUATED the FLYY program as of 5/26/2013.  We couldn't be more grateful for the values, skills, & tools we both learned while he was on course.  Thank you for all of your support thus far.  We still need to raise $1,115 more & if we go over we will donate the rest towards FLYY for the scholarship that was sponsored to us on FLYY's behalf.
