Gamarjoba, Megobrebo( It means "Hello My friends" in Georgian language),

I am Davit Samkharadze from Georgia, originally from Kakheti region, one of the most hospitable regions in Georgia. I have been a local guide for several years. This activity is the most respectful achievement in my life. I am also the co-founder of a tour company called "Evatour".

When Covid-19 started spreading around the world, I was left without a business. As many industries, tourism industry was one of the first field affected by strong restrictions. So I moved from Tbilisi to Kakheti region. I inherited a house from my ancestors, an old wine cellar and agricultural lands as well. I haven’t been here for a long time After the passing of my beloved grandma. There was a lot of things to do, it was my dream to do something interesting here. That’s why I started to clean everything here and building a family wine cellar ! But now I need support. I want to be a very helpful person to everyone who already tried to help !

With no income for the past 5 months, I can't get any loans or credits in my country. Unfortunately I spent all my savings already. My project is ongoing so it requires a constantly replenished budget, and I am currently on the verge of not being able to continue the restoration. That's why I hope to find the funds here.

Velistsikhe is the name of the village where I am planning on making my business. It's located in east part of Georgia, 120 km away from Tbilisi. The standard of living is not that high either. So that is why i am planning to make a Family Cafe/Wine bar/Wine cellar here, First of all I wish to share all my experiences about tourism industry, And then i want to help locals, to create jobs here and improve the area.

If you would love to help now it will be great support for us !

If you would like to help us in the future you can just visit us !

Here is some photo collage.

There is 7 different Qvevris (Kvevri are large earthenware vessels used for the fermentation, storage and ageing of traditional Georgian wine, Volume of the biggest qvevri is 3500 Liter, Interesting thing there is that when i got inside, i found that hole Qvevri was made by stones, I did archeological excavations inside and it turned out so beautiful.49634754_1594733800652211_r.jpeg49634754_1594733811422516_r.jpeg49634754_1594733829619945_r.jpeg
