From the picturesque small town in Limpopo, I embarked on a journey in 2021, finding myself in the bustling city of Pretoria. As a full-time culinary student, I've nurtured a passion for all things gastronomic, and the heart of my dream beats for a coffee shop and bakery.

For years, I've meticulously planned and envisioned my very own coffee haven, a place where people can come together to savor the simple joys of life – a rich cup of coffee, delicious baked treats, and the warmth of a welcoming atmosphere.

In my pursuit of this dream, I've been working part-time, but it's no secret that minimum wage makes it incredibly challenging to keep the dream afloat. Despite the hurdles, I've persevered because my love for this dream knows no bounds. By the end of the next year, I'm setting my sights on a new horizon - the charming town of Knysna. I'll be moving there with my partner, who has been an unwavering source of support and encouragement. Knysna, with its enchanting beauty and close-knit community, is the ideal canvas for my dream.
