Help build a future

I am a mature student and RAF veteran. After leaving the RAF due to injury I decided not to depend on benefits and, with the help of my lovely wife I applied for a medical degree. 

I had to go through a foundation course to qualify but I got on the course. With no money behind us, no savings and only my wifes wage to keep us afloat it was always a risk, but we struggled through the first 5 years (4 years plus foundation course) and looked like we might just make it, until my wife lost her job due to illness.

Now in year 5, less than a year to qualify and with 5 years of hard work behind us it looks like I may have to leave the course to fund my family. We have exhausted every source of financial aid we can and can get nothing more. 

If I can stay on the course for 10 more months I can support my family with no problems and we will have a bright future, can you help us to finish this thing? I`m sorry we have no rewards to offer (although I`d be happy to buy you a beer after graduation!)
