Help Aya in Rafah

Aya Muhammad Qadeeh is a 22-year-old woman currently located in Rafah in the Gaza Strip. The pictures provided are of the home Aya used to live in, now destroyed due to the continued attacks on Gaza, as well as pictures of her life now as a refugee in Rafah, including images of the food she was able to buy thanks to your donations.

The conditions in Rafah are severe. Since evacuating to Rafah, Aya now lives in a tent with several members of her family including her one-year-old son Hashem, who has suffered greatly from dehydration and malnutrition. Aya has stated that Hashem grew his teeth and took his first steps in the midst of this war; for much of his life he has been a refugee. Donations will be used to provide for their basic needs such as food and water, as well as Pampers and medicine for Aya's son as his health continues to decline, with the long-term goal of evacuating Gaza.

Aya has also expressed a desire to use donations to help the other children sheltering in Rafah. In Aya's words: "so that I can help the needy and children and bring joy to their hearts."

The donations made here go direcly to my PayPal. Once enough is raised, the money is sent to the exchange office in Rafah via Money Gram and picked up by Aya's husband, who has to show his ID for verification (also shared with me).
