Help at H.O.M.E.

Betsy O'Brien is a self-employed, single mom, founder of a blossoming real estate team, a business coach, and instructor in her field. The mission of her business is to create limitless opportunity-for herself, her daughter, her team, AND the members of the community she serves.

Betsy's real dream is to grow her non-profit organization called H.O.M.E. (Helping Other Moms Everywhere). HOME's funding will be generated by a percentage of each real estate transaction. These funds will purchase properties in top-ranked school districts, then be rented to single, working mothers on a sliding scale. HOME will also provide resources to the participants including counseling, financial literacy, scholarship and educational connections, affordable child care, etc. The purpose is to break the cycle of poverty, low-quality of life, and depression. These women will be empowered to find their passion and pursue meaningful careers, all while giving their children an opportunity for a quality education.

These dreams require systems, tools, and training. The costs are many and the banks accounts are empty. The determination to succeed is great-failure is simply not an option. Next year's pipeline is growing full with amazing opportunities. What do we need now? Funds to cover outstanding balances in order to keep the car registered legally so Betsy can take on yet another job and keep pushing forward. Money raised here will also be used to purchase resources for the real estate team to continue the mission of providing exceptional service to clients-ultimately funding HOME!
