Help after car incident

My name is Benjamin Garrett, and I need your help.  I do construction for a living, so  I need a car to get back and forth to work.  Recently, I was involved in a car accident where the other driver was an illegal immigrant.  He had no insurance, and I only have liability.  The insurance will not coverage the damages to my car.  The damages to my car are estimated to be around $3000, plus impound fees.  I am currently two months behind on rent, $1500 deductible for my health insurance is due, plus regular utilities.  I am turning to this site because frankly, I have no where else to turn.  If you can help, I will be eternally grateful.
