Help a Young Man Go to School

Jeffrey Pappan is a young man living in Wichita, Kansas who is unable to cover his tuition and fees at Wichita Area Technical College. This instituition does not offer financial aid and he is without a parent to provide income information for FAFSA.  Any amount of money will help him afford going to school.
