Help a young Haitian woman

I am Allanda : a young Haitian admitted to the IFSI of the Chu of Rouen, a French nursing training institute whose tuition fees amount to 170 euros per year. I chose to study outside my country because every school year is marred by political unrest. As proof, in 2019, we lost about 6 months of classes due to incessant "protests". I think that in France, I will be able to enjoy my 10 months of classes without having to fear for my life, without having to wonder if there will be classes tomorrow. I opted for nursing because at home we do not have many medical staff and with each disaster, God is our only help; not that I question his existence but I believe that if he gave us the intelligence it is so that we can use it. So, I want to add my grain of sand to our health care system and help the most vulnerable among us.

I have already bought euros with my savings and money from family donations. Inflation is very high in Haiti, I need more than 100 gourdes (the local currency) to buy a euro. I can no longer buy euros, I could only get 6500 euros. However, the embassy requires a minimum amount of 7380 euros to have the student visa.

It is for this purpose that I would like to ask for your help. I know we are not from the same family, but pity help me. If you want to have proof such as my certificate of admission provided by the Ministry of National Education, I will do so without hesitation. I don't have a wealthy family or social media, I only have you. Pity, please help me.
