HELP A STUDENT FILMMAKER FINISH HER THESIS FILM

Hello I'm Reed Rabe, a student filmmaker from the Philippines. This fundraising is made to raise funds for my thesis short film which is a major requirement for my undergraduate degree in college. I am currently studying BFA Digital Cinema in Mapua University.

My thesis film is going to be tackling issues with regards to teenagers' mental health, specifically Depression, and the reason why I chose to study this is because I want to help spread awareness about Mental Health especially here in the Philippines. I want to help people, specifically teenagers who are experiencing confusions and crisis that would later on lead to depression, anxiety disorder, etc. if not prevented, to stop being afraid of seeking for help from their family, close friends, or even from professionals. This thesis film is very close to my heart as it is almost the same as what happened to my personal life, I am also going through Depression but have been doing my best to overcome this condition for myself and for my loved ones.

So, I really would like to ask from you, who is currently reading this, to help me finish my thesis short film as it is not only going to be "just a requirement" for me to graduate but will serve as my open letter to people with or without mental illness. Any amount would be a very big help for me.
